History of Puerto Ricans in Trenton

In person talk by Reverend José Rodriguez at The Trent House.

Puerto Ricans began coming to the Trenton area in the 1930s and 1940 and by the 1950s became the oldest and largest Hispanic community in Mercer County.

Reverend Jose Rodriguez is pastor of the oldest Hispanic church in Trenton founded in 1952 and the head of the Rodriguez Family Foundation. He will discuss the contributions of Puerto Ricans to Trenton.
